Equilibrium Massage Therapy is excited to announce some great news for our clients who are Southern Cross members. As a Southern Cross Easy-claim provider we can now submit electronic claims for massage therapy on your behalf. If you are unsure if your policy covers massage therapy, you can contact Southern Cross directly to find out by calling 0800 800 181.
All you need to do is bring your Southern Cross member card or membership details with you on the day of your appointment, so that we can complete the claiming process. Once a claim has been submitted, we will be able to tell you how much Southern Cross Health Society is contributing to your treatment cost, and how much you will need to pay.
Being a Southern Cross Easy-claim provider means that we join over 2000 healthcare providers throughout New Zealand who are part of the Easy-claim network, providing Southern Cross members with a convenient way to claim for eligible healthcare services at the time of purchase.
